Originally designed to provide a forum for engagement with other researchers, the newsletter became a marketing piece for consumption by customers and potential customers.
Unfortunately, the talents and skills of our in-house team produced stunningly high quality publications after they were given their new directions – directions to a position which would have been anathema to Ted Kelly and, as such, one we had avoided for over a decade, seeking as we did to distinguish between customer service and peer reviewed research.
