On the postdoctoral experience:
“The postdoctoral experience with UMass Lowell and LMRIS provided me with a valuable opportunity to link and work with experts in the area of health services research, which helped me gain new technical skills, such as multilevel modelling, develop research skills in health services and disability research, and get important teaching experience. This has benefited me in enhancing my research and teaching skills necessary for my current and future academic career in epidemiology and health service research”.
